Pastoral Lead

My name is Leanne, and I am proud to be the Pastoral Lead at Penny Field School. My main focus is ensuring that every student feels safe, valued, and fully supported throughout their educational journey.

I work closely with pupils to support their emotional well-being, build confidence, and help them navigate any challenges they may face, both inside and outside the classroom. I also believe that a strong partnership between school and home is key to a child’s success, which is why I am here to offer direct support, guidance, and a friendly point of contact for our families.
