• Friday 25th September – Macmillan Coffee Morning – 10.00am – 11.30am  We are so excited to be holding our first coffee morning of the year later this month. Our Macmillan Coffee morning is always such a wonderful event with staff, parents and pupils all getting involved!
  

  
  Our coffee morning will be held in our school hall on Friday 25th September, from 10.00am-11.30am.
  
  Classes will be competing in their annual ‘Great Penny Field Bake off’ which is always a lot of fun with the winning class not only getting a certificate, but also bragging rights for the following year!
  
  You are invited to bring your own baked goods (homemade or shop bought) which can then be sold to raise funds for Macmillan but please do not feel obliged to bring anything – your presence is more than enough! Hot and cold refreshments will also be available. Just to remind you that we are a nut free school and we have several students and staff that have severe allergies to nuts so please make sure you don’t bake or buy any cakes that may contain nuts.
  Please feel free to bring friends and family members with you too!

• Wednesday 30th September – Parents & Carers meeting for Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and PSHE curriculum 1.30pm – 2.30pm – Parents & Carers are invited into School to hear how we are updating our Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and PSHE curriculum to ensure it remains fully aligned with the latest statutory guidance, the EQUALS framework, and most importantly, the unique, diverse needs of our pupils. • Friday 9th October  – Flu Nasal Session – Please check your emails for details of how to either consent or decline for your child online via the NHS Schools Immunisations Website
• Tuesday 13th October Scholastic Book Fair – More details to follow
• Thursday 22nd October – Halloween Dress up Day  – Send your child to school in their most spooky outfit where will be having a fun filled day of thrills and spooks, trick or treating and lots more Halloween fun.

•  Friday 23rd October –  School breaks up at 3.00pm for all students

November 2026

• Monday 2nd November –  School re-opens at 9.00am for all students
• Tuesday 10th November – Parents & Carers Afternoon / Evening 1.00pm – 6.00pm – More details to follow from your child’s Class Teacher

• Wednesday 11th November – Remembrance Day  – We will be selling poppies and other remembrance day merchandise – More details to follow
