PENNY FIELD SCHOOL ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2024-2025

February 2025

• Thursday 13th February – School closes at 3.00pm for all students.

• Friday 14th February – School Staff Training Day – No students in school.

• Monday 24th February – School re-opens at 9.00am for all students.

March 2025

• Thursday 6th March – World Book Day – Please send your child to school in their favourite character costume from any book.

• Monday 17th March – School Staff Training Day – No students in school.

• Friday 21st March – Red Nose Day – Please send your child to school in something red / red nose etc. We will be asking for Donations on the day for this worthy cause.

• Friday 28th March – Wear a Hat for Hope for Brain Tumour Relief. Please send your child to school in their best designed Easter Hat for our Easter Bonnet Parade.

• Friday 28th March – Easter Bunny Visit & Find the Egg games.  More information to follow nearer the date. 

April 2025

• Tuesday 1st April – Parents Afternoon / Evening 1.30pm – 6.00pm – Appointment times will be released soon.

• Friday 4th April – School closes at 3.00pm for all students.

• Tuesday 22nd April – School re-opens at 9.00am for all students.

• Wednesday 23rd April – Penny Field Has Got Talent – Staff Show – More information to follow nearer the date.

May 2025

• Friday 2nd May – School closes at 3.00pm for all students.

• Tuesday 6th May – School re-opens at 9.00am for all students.

• Friday 16th May – Wear it Green for Mental Health Day – Please send your child to school in something green. We will be asking for Donations on the day for this worthy cause.

• Tuesday 20th May – Coffee Morning – Fundraiser for our Outdoor Play area. More information to follow nearer the date.

• Wednesday 21st May – Penny Field Has Got Talent – Student Show. More information to follow nearer the date.

• Friday 23rd May – School closes at 3.00pm for all students.

June 2025

• Monday 2nd June – School re-opens at 9.00am for all students.

• Monday 9th June – Wear it Orange for Battens Disease Day – Please send your child to school in something orange. We will be asking for Donations on the day for this worthy cause.

• Friday 20th June – Sports Day & MND Day. More information to follow nearer the date.

• Friday 27th June – (Reserve Sports Day).

• Saturday 28th June – Summer Fayre. More information to follow nearer the date.

July 2025
